First step to a bigger penis - know your penis

The first step to getting a bigger penis is to understand the anatomy of your penis and how it works.
This is something you may have looked at briefly in a biology class at school, but chances are there was so much tomfoolery going on at the mere mention of the word penis that you actually learned very little at the time!
The human penis is made up of three columns of tissue. Two Corpora Cavernosa lie next to each other on the outside and one Corpus Spongiosum lies between them. Semen is ejaculated through the Corpus Spongiosum.
The enlarged and bulbous-shaped end of the Corpus Spongiosum forms the Glans Penis, what is commonly called the helmet, which supports the foreskin, the loose fold of skin that in adults can retract to expose the Glans.
The area on the underside of the penis, where the foreskin is attached, is called the Frenum (or Frenulum).
An erection is the stiffening and rising of the penis, which occurs during sexual arousal, though it can also happen in non-sexual situations.
When you are aroused, the arteries supplying blood to the penis dilate and this allows more blood to fill the three spongy erectile tissue chambers in the penis, causing it to lengthen and stiffen.
The capacity of the Corpora Cavernosa to fill with blood during arousal is what limits the length and thickness of your penis when erect.
If you can increase the capacity of the Corpora Cavernosa, then the size of your penis will also increase, both in terms of length and more so girth. You will also enjoy longer, harder erections.
Elsewhere on this site you will find details of penis pills, penis enhancers like penis pumps and books containing exercises that will help you do exactly that.
